I believe that as a counsellor and life coach, using a diversity of approaches both in therapy and Life Coaching is crucial , because "one hat does not fit all". My eclectic approach to both these disciplines enable me to offer clients sessions that are specific to them and directly relevant to their particular besetting issues.

Some times people have unconscious motivations and need to do self-reflect, self- correct and self- heal. I also believe people need to be empowered to look forward the exciting future before them. My role is to empower you to discover that you have greatness within you.

As a Life Coach I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that hold them back in life. By asking the right questions and empowering them with the proper tools and techniques, I help my clients take action in pursuit of their goals and ambitions.
